Squadron Staff

No organization or business can operate effectively without an effective management team.  As a para military organization, our structure follows that of the U.S. Air Force closely with a hierarchy type structure within each unit.  At the Fort Smith Composite Squadron we have a leadership team that encompasses more than 40 years of service in the CAP.
